Our mission

To provide compassionate, transparent, and accountable support to those in need within our family.

What we do

  • Monthly family contributions

Members contribute what they can each month into a shared account, building a collective pool over time.

  • Emergency medical support

Partial financial assistance for serious illness, life-threatening conditions, emergency or major surgery, and in the event of a death.

  • Open reporting

Receipts for every expenditure are shared with the group, and the monthly balance is presented to selected members.

Our values

  • Transparency

Every expense is receipted and the balance is reviewed monthly.

  • Shared decisions

No single person holds veto power; important decisions are made by consultation and consensus.

  • Need first

Families who can meet their own costs are asked not to claim, so support reaches those in real hardship.

  • Purpose-bound

The fund is restricted to defined medical circumstances and is not used for general or non-emergency needs.

How the fund works

The Trust was proposed with the intention of conveying reward (Esaal-e-Sawab) to our parents, and to promote cooperation, goodwill and compassion among family members. Participants contribute according to their capacity, and the pooled funds are used only under agreed rules.

If someone wishes to help a relative with household or other needs, they remain free to do so personally. The fund itself stays focused on medical emergencies so that collective participation can be sustained.

Rules and regulations

  1. Purpose. Assistance is for extremely serious and emergency medical situations — severe or life-threatening illness, major surgery, or death. It is not used for general or non-emergency needs.
  2. Exclusions. Routine check-ups, minor illnesses and other non-emergency expenses are not covered.
  3. Partial support. The fund does not cover full costs. Support is partial, based on available resources and the patient’s condition — generally up to about twenty percent.
  4. Bereavement. In the event of a death, a fixed, pre-determined amount is provided; remaining expenses are met by the family or through personal contributions.
  5. Eligibility. The eight siblings, their spouses and their children. Extending this to the next generation (grandchildren) requires the formal participation and financial contribution of the respective parents.
  6. Members abroad. Family living abroad generally will not need the fund. If they are in the home country and cannot afford treatment, they may benefit provided they are formally participating and contributing.
  7. Use of funds. Money is spent solely on the patient’s treatment and related medical costs — not on attendants’ or others’ personal expenses. Khatm, niyaz and similar welfare activities are outside the fund; people may contribute to them separately.
  8. Transparency. Authentic receipts for every expenditure are shared in the relevant group, and the monthly account balance is presented to selected members.
  9. No single authority. No individual has decisive authority or veto power. Major decisions are made by mutual consultation and consensus.
  10. Moral principle. Someone who is financially stable and able to bear their own medical costs should not request assistance, even if technically eligible, so that priority goes to those in genuine hardship.
  11. Administration. In the initial phase, for administrative convenience, the founder’s personal bank account is used. All transactions are carried out with mutual consent, full transparency and in line with the agreed rules, and the founder is fully accountable for all financial matters.

Status of these rules

These rules are the founding draft. Family members are invited to share views and suggestions, and improvements or amendments may be made over time — always through mutual consultation, with transparency and trust preserved.
